Environment

Release : 20.0

Component : CA RC/Update for DB2 for z/OS

Resolution

Apply PTF LU02211

Workaround:

Do the following:

> From the Database Management Solutions for DB2 Main Menu,  enter Option 3 - RC/Update.

> From the RC/Update Main Menu enter 'Profile' on the command line, then Option 3 RC/Edit Profile Variables

> Set the RC/Edit parameter 'Default method for applying  updates' to 'P' for positional updates and browse the table.

There is not a Global parameter for this in the RCEDIT parmlib member. It must be changed by each user.
