Issue/Introduction

Trying to Export to CSV…  trying to export full Project List.  “Export in Progress…” generates, and I might even get the email that the export is completed, but I never see it available in my Notifications?

Resolution

When exporting more than 500 records, there is an internal job that runs and so if user attempting to export does not have Alert set for Reports and Jobs under Notifications, notification will not appear.

To correct this, follow below steps:

1. Log into the Classic UI, go to Home->Account Settings

2. Click on Notifications tab

3. Ensure Alert is checked for Report and Jobs
