snmpcollector probe stopped working

Issue/Introduction

 

snmpcollector probe is not working .Have restarted the probe still it is not starting up and logs are also not getting updated.

 

Can see below messages in snmpcollector probe logs

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 8.51

Component : UIM - SNMPCOLLECTOR

snmpcollector 3.x / 4.x

Resolution

Observed the snmpcollector probe config file was 0KB i.e missing configuration information

Check snmpcollector.cfg.BAK if present in snmpcollector folder having correct data or if alternatively any backup of the config file taken previously use this to restore the config file

After restoring the snmpcollector.cfg from backup and restarting the probe it is working correctly
