Cannot upload documentation to casupport.broadcom.com

Customer cannot upload into files_from_customer.
The folder opens but then turns yellow and when I drop the file it just sits there and says uploading but the file never show as being in the place where I normally see it. Is it possible that the folder is too full?

The issue is with the browser cache as it's taking the old password and the upload was not successful. To resolve delete the browser cache and cookies.
