MSG TSS0905I during security file backup on shared systems

Issue/Introduction

Is there are way of controlling the time that this backup takes place, so I can stagger them? Or is there a way to make Top Secret wait a little longer for the lock to release  before putting out messages TSS0905I, TSS0906I, and TSS0907D?

Release : 3.0

Component : Top Secret for z/VSE

Cause

Top Secret does NOT use the VSE lock file for cross-system ENQ of any

TSS dataset.         

Resolution

Recommend the use of separate parm files and backup the security file on one system rather than on multiple systems. Only one backup is required.
