When running an Endevor Package Ship job using connect:direct (ship protocol) the program ENUTPDS is being called. What is the function of the ENUMTPDS program?
Resolution
The program ENUMTPDS is used to check the connect:direct control command file (CONNCMD).
The file is checked by ENUMTPDS to see if the file is empty. By this it checks to see if all the files have been shipped to the remote location. If it is empty then it will delete the CONNCMD file.
This will allow the shipment of all the files to be completed before the command file is deleted.
