Problem adding second subsystem Data Collector

Issue/Introduction

Trying to implement a new Data Collector started task for a production DB2 subsystem.

The production DB2 Data Collector task is picking up the test DB2 COMCHAR when it issues a

START TRACE command. 

It should be issuing +START TRACE command.

It is issuing a -START TRACE command and failing with reason code 00E60820.

The "-" sign is the COMCHAR for the test DB2 subsystem.

Cause

Authorization problem on the Data Collector

Resolution

The Data Collector is not affected by the DB2 modify character, it uses a direct IFI command.

Most likely this problem is due to an authorization problem of the DC started userid and DB2. 

The IDGRANT job should be run on the DB2 where the Data collector is running.
