"URL dns resolve time for profile xyz... has timed out" - where is this alarm coming from

Issue/Introduction

We are getting a ticket in CA Service Desk that came from SOI which came from an alarm in UIM.

How do we turn this off or what is causing it? 

The server listed in the alarm is up and running.

Turn off URL_RESPONSE monitoring for servers that are not expected to have a web server
