ACF2 RECEIVE job ACF4RECD failing with GIM35306E error

Issue/Introduction

In the process to receive the FMIDs in ACF2 job ACF4RECD the following errors are seen:

GIM35306E ** SMPTLIB SMPE.ACF2.V16R0.CAX1G00.F1 WAS NOT ALLOCATED BECAUSE ERROR
             ALLOCATION.
GIM54701E ** ALLOCATION FAILED FOR SMPTLIB - IKJ56245I DATA SET SMPE.ACF2.V16R0
             SPACE ON VOLUMES+.
GIM54701E ** ALLOCATION FAILED FOR SMPTLIB - IKJ56245I USE DELETE COMMAND TO DE
GIM35306E ** SMPTLIB SMPE.ACF2.V16R0.CAX1G01.F1 WAS NOT ALLOCATED BECAUSE ERROR
             ALLOCATION.

Sufficient space is available in volumes, but this error is still happening.

Resolution

This is within a non-SMS environment.  A volume needs to be added to the SMPTLIB DDDEF. 

Example using the SMP/E dialog panels:

SMPTLIB DDDEF ENTRY - GLOBAL ZONE

Example modifying the SMPTLIB DDDEF:

REP DDDEF(SMPTLIB)
