Certified resources shows "CANCEL" for the result

Issue/Introduction

We just finished our certification, ran the report, and noticed that one of the groups has a result of "Cancel."  What does this mean?

 

Resolution

The 'Canceled' result can occur when there are multiple approvers. Once an approver takes action, the other approvals are automatically 'cancelled.' It does not have any effect on the certification. The items are still completed.
