Issue/Introduction

We are currently using GMU to keep the 2 gateway clusters hosted in separate region in sync.

 

We perform migrateOut --all from the source and perform migrateIn to the target.

 

It was working seamlessly but started throwing below error all of a sudden. Could you please let us know how we can fix this error?

 

GMU migrateIN issue failing with many error:

 <l7:StringValue>Error attempting to save or update the PublishedService with id = '36e0e15bbfc1ca4370e452fbfa59e2da'.  Message: Object of class [com.l7tech.gateway.common.service.PublishedService] with identifier [36e0e15bbfc1ca4370e452fbfa59e2da]: optimistic locking failed; nested exception is org.hibernate.StaleObjectStateException: Row was updated or deleted by another transaction (or unsaved-value mapping was incorrect):

 



Environment

Release : 9.4

Component : API GTW ENTERPRISE MANAGER

Resolution

Issue was related to the SYNC update from GMU

Solution Excluded the scheduled tasks using manage mappings and I have kept the scheduled tasks running in the target gateway.
