Endevor Endevor Natural Integration

Issue/Introduction

When moving an Endevor Processor I am getting the following error:

C1G0034E UNABLE TO MOVE ELEMENT - ELEMENT HAS NOT BEEN RE-GENERATED SINCE THE LAST SOURCE UPDATE.

Since I just generated the element how can I move the processor to the next stage?

Resolution

When an element can't be moved to the next stage and the generate was done it can be a corrupted element at the target of the move.

To prove this copy the processor to a new name, add the new processor to Endevor which will do the generate.  If the processor moves with no problem then the element in the higher stage is corrupt.

Delete the element in the target stage and then move the element to that stage.

Additional Information

A validate of the Endevor systems should be done on a monthly (minimum) or weekly basis.

This can be done by running the unload for validate (located in the utilities manual).

The job will show any error that is found.
