PAM : how to configure as Delegated request

Issue/Introduction

Does workflow on PAM have delegated request function?

 Delegated Request is following steps in workflow: 

 a. delegated user create request to access account for user A.

 b. Appover approve request.

 c. User A use account who is requested by delegated user.

Workflow in PAM does not have this function.
