Image / logo not showing in the email notification for Clarity

Issue/Introduction

In Clarity, the email notification does not seem to show the custom logo. The file 'eMailLogo.gif 'is present in the app server path:\\<AppServer>\d$\Apps\Clarity\webroot\ui\evolution2\images.

Environment

Release : 15.6.1 and higher

Cause

There were changes made starting in 15.6.1 that may require additional steps to allow the logo to show.

Resolution

1. In Clarity Administration, Data Administration, Notifications.
2. Go to Notification Format tab
3. In the Company Email Logo field, click Choose File.
4. Select an appropriate image file for your company logo. Save
