TSO RESTORE command fail :

Component : CA Disk Backup and Restore
The following ptfs RO97457, RO98903 and SO01725 should be applied.
The DMSPARMS record is used to track active restore requests so we don't use more drives than the number specified in TSOTULMT.
To check what it is wrong with TSOTAPES , a filedump should be run:
