Version up of JDK to start Controller.jar

Issue/Introduction

As for API Gateway 9.3 (Software), if you upgrade the JDK, what configuration parameter should be updated?

 

The file has a definition of host.jdk as following. Is this related for the update?

- /opt/SecureSpan/Controller/etc/host.properties

host.jre=<jdk_pathname>/jre

Environment

Release : 9.3

Component : API GTW ENTERPRISE MANAGER

Resolution

As per another documentation, the parameter node.java.path in node.properties is used for Java path on Gateway startup.

- /opt/SecureSpan/Gateway/node/default/etc/conf/node.properties

The parameter may be changed by running setup.sh to navigate the menu below.

- 2) Configure the CA API Gateway --> 1) Java VM

You do not need to update other files.
