What's the proper sequence to start and shutdown CA Workload Automation ESP Edition systems?

Resolution

The purpose of the proxy is mostly for tracking purpose, that's why it should be started the first and stopped the last, to avoid any loss of tracking data.

If there will be no IPL before ESPs are started or after ESPs are stopped, then the sequence is not very important, as the exit is still running and tracking data will be stored in system memory.

We suggest:
- For starting: Proxies, Master, Shadow and Workstation server, RESTAPI, WAM;
- For stopping: WAM, RESTAPI, Workstation server, Shadow, Master and proxy.
