Rally: Feasibility of adding a new User Role type

Issue/Introduction

Right now, our implementation of Rally supports the following User Role types:

None
Product Owner
Scrum Master
Architect
Developer
Tester
Technical Writer
User Experience

Is there any way we can add new role types to users.

It is possible for a Rally Subscription Administrator to add new user roles using the following steps:

1. Select the Setup icon from the navigation bar in the upper-right corner of the CA Agile Central display.
2. Select the "Subscription" tab in the black menu bar at the top of the page.
3. Select "Fields" from the menu on the left.
4. Select the "User" Field Type from the dropdown box.
5. Scroll down to the "Role" field to edit the field.
6. Add the role to the list.
