Issue/Introduction

I have recently taken over support for a product and I am researching End of Life/ End of Service dates.

I didn't find this FMID on the standard page - please advise what the EOL/EOS dates are.

Resolution

There is currently no EOL/EOS date for CA Output Management Web Viewer component, Web Services. Web Services is subordinate to Web Viewer. There are two versions of Web Services, 11.5 Web Viewer/1.0 Web Services and 12.1 Web Viewer/2.0 Web Services. Both are currently supported with no EOL/EOS date announced.
Web Services is packaged as a no-cost option of Web Viewer, and that may be how it came to be installed at your site - they just installed all components. Only a handful of customers have elected to use Web Services (Development Tool for API into Web Viewer).
