TSS GENREQ receives CAS2090E Data set allocation/OPEN failed

Issue/Introduction

TSS GENREQ(CERTSITE) DCDSN(datasetname) DIGICERT(digicertname) LABLCERT(labelcertname)

And getting this error:

CAS2090E Data set allocation/OPEN failed
TSS0301I GENREQ FUNCTION FAILED, RETURN CODE = 4

The dataset is allocated.

Resolution

The dataset must not be pre-allocated and not exist.

CA Top Secret will create the dataset so it must not exist.

The user must also be authorized to create the dataset in CA Top Secret.
