A customer had an issue with the SAP Agent. In order to troubleshoot it or understand the communication between the agent and SAP system, which tracing levels are required?

SAP tracing flags of following should be sufficient (which should include SAP&Agent communication):
- TCP/IP=9
- RFC=3
- JCL=1
They can be set in the Advanced properties of the Agent in the Administration - Agents tab as below:
