Jaspersoft error 'null' (invocation exception) running a report

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Clarity and Jaspersoft, all the reports are failing with a 'null' message. 

In the jasperserver.log you can see error messages about the encrypted attributes. 

Resolution

Run the below commands:

  • admin update jasperParameters
  • admin jaspersoft syncPPMContext -userName superuser -password superuser
