S806 attempting to access the CA Endevor C1DEFLTS load module

Issue/Introduction

Changed and successfully relinked the C1DEFLTS load module and deployed it into the Endevor load library, refreshed the specific load module in LLA, and unsuccessfully accessed the Endevor ISPF panels receiving the S806 abend.

Resolution

Refresh the entire library and not just the specific load module
