Issue/Introduction

When running Jasper reports from a Jasper installation integrated with Spectrum, the following jrs.jsexception.error.creating.connection error is seen:

Environment

Release : Any version of Spectrum integrated with Jasper

Component : Jaspersoft for CA Spectrum

Cause

User running reports from the /organizations/spectrum/capability/reports folder.

Resolution

Reports must be run from the /Public/ca/Spectrum folder.
