MSF connection OPS message does not reflect the correct release/version of AP server machines.
OPS3486O MSF/CCI system XXXXXX IS NOW ACTIVE - 11.07.00
OPS3486O MSF/CCI system YYYYYY IS NOW ACTIVE - 11.07.00
The actual AP releases are 11.06.01 and 11.05.03
