Issue/Introduction

Load Data Warehouse job is failing with below error -

[dwh_mssql_error_handling UUID: d2cdb3da-9008-49b7-ada3-2fe965a8daf5] dwh.event  - Error for table 'DWH_X_INV_SUM_FACTS' - Error Number 7421 'Cannot fetch the rowset from OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI11" for linked server "PPMDBLINK". .'

Release :All supported releases with Data Warehouse

Resolution

Ensure that you enable remote query timeout option in SQL server database as per the guides. Do not use remote_query_timeout manage the Load DWH job timeout. Please use the Kettle timeout in CSA instead
