Error when trying to install Identity Governance on Windows, "Unable to Find Installation Media" and "Invalid Assembly Directory"

Issue/Introduction
Attempting to install Symantec Identity Governance on a Windows Server is throwing different errors, "Unable to Find Installation Media"
Following the folder path the mentioned file does not exist.
A different error "Invalid Assembly Directory"
Environment
Release : 14.4, 14.5
Component : CA IDENTITY Governance
Cause
Not having the full media downloaded.
Resolution
All of the following are required for the installation to complete. The only choice in the download of product components is the application server depending on installing on Jboss/Wildfly or Websphere, shown in RED below:

Download each of the components and unzip all into the same folder.
Example from a 14.4 installation against JBOSS using a folder structure, C:\\TMP\Installer:
Please note, the installation zip contains 2 files, InstCAIdentityGovernance.bin and InstCAIdentityGovernance.exe; the appropriate file for your OS must be in the root of the installation folder to initiate the install.
