Top Secret Errors starting zOSMF

Issue/Introduction

Ran  the supplied Top Secret jobs for zOSMF. The start of zOSMF fails with message:

Cannot change owner/group for the cloud security configuration REXX file

Currently have all the /var/zosmf files owned by IZUSVR:IZUADMGP.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

IZUPRMxx which identifies the security administrator ID to be

IZUSVR and IZUADMIN are type USER acids, so they can not have a GID in TSS.

You can add the same group (IZUADMGP) to IZUADMIN and IZUSVR or you can add different groups to these user acids. 

Be sure to add a DFLTGRP to each acid as well.
