How do I replace an existing CABI integration with DX Netops Portal with a completely new CABI environment?
Environment
DX NetOps Performance Management Release : 19.1, 20.x, 21.x
CABI JasperServer 6.4.3, 7.1.1
Resolution
You should never try to modify either the Data Source entry or the Database to "change over" to another Data Source while keeping the same Data Source entry. To add a new CABI source in place of an existing one, you need to first delete the old one in the DX Netops Portal GUI then after it has disappeared fully, add in the new CABI Data Source as a completely new entry.
