Dashboard is not loading fully

Issue/Introduction

Live Active Summary Alerts in all Dashboards are all grayed out. This started after an EM restart. This is true for new or existing summary alerts. Simple alerts work as expected.

Cause

Hit the max metric number clamp on MOM for virtual metrics:

[WARN] [Harvest Engine Pooled Worker] [Manager.Agent] The Agent Custom Metric Agent (Virtual) is exceeding the per-agent metric clamp (current=102616, max=50000). New metrics will not be accepted

Resolution

Increase the per-agent metric clamp on MOM. (introscope.enterprisemanager.agent.metrics.limit in apm-events-thresholds-config.xml on MOM.
