What Endevor actions are captured by the SMFPKGADM parm in the C1DEFLTS

Issue/Introduction
Turned on SMFPKGADM recording in the test system to see what the ENDEVOR SMF records look like
SMFPKGADM=Y, ADMIN ACTION SMF FOR PACKAGE
and then initiated some package activity in Endevor. There were no SMF records for any of the Package actions.

Resolution
The SMFPKGADM parameter can be confusing. It only logs admin actions for defining shipment destinations and mapping rules.
Endevor does not have SMF package action logging. Instead, need to use E2E logging which is capable of logging package actions to a USS file.
