Issue/Introduction

The NFA Administration->System Status page is showing messages like below on a newly added Harvester that has not received any data yet.

Harvester - Last Reaper Timestamp: Update time is 0

Harvester - Last RealTime Timestamp: Update time is 0

Environment

All NFA Versions

Resolution

These messages are normal for a newly added Harvester that has not had any flow processed on them yet.

Once the Harvester starts receiving some flow data and the NFA Reaper service processes some of the data, these messages will clear on their own.
