Got "Workload Director has stopped working" on ESP Workstation

Issue/Introduction

The user that is trying to use ESP Workstation when they try to open the Director they get the following.

Workstation - Workload Director has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly please close the program

Environment

Component: ESP WORKSTATION
Release 11.3

Cause

Customers User Profile was corrupted somehow.

Resolution

Remove the User Profile from the Workstation installation directory. Then restart workstation and create new User Profile.

Or retrieve a copy from a backup or another person and replace it.
