Issue/Introduction

We have a user that is trying to use CA WA Workstation when they try to open the Director they get the following.

Workstation - Workload Director has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly please close the program

Environment

Release : 11.4

Component : CA ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION WORKSTATION

Cause

Customers User Profile was corrupted somehow.

Resolution

Remove the User Profile from the Workstation installation directory. Then restart workstation and create new User Profile.

You can also retrieve a copy from a backup or another person and replace.
