When taking a device out of maintenance mode in Specturm it's not being synced down to Performance Center

Issue/Introduction

The customer integrated Spectrum with  Performance Manager and when the customer takes a device out of maintenance mode in Spectrum it's not being taken out of maintenance mode in Performance Center. This causes the device not to collect any data in Performance Management. 

 

Enabling Performance Center Sync OneClick runtime debug you should see the following messages when the device put into maintenance mode and taken out of maintenance mode:

 

When the device is put in maintenance mode you should see the following in the stdout.log/catalina.out file with Performance Manager Sync runtime debug enabled:

 

Oct 07, 2019 17:06:08.930 (PoolThread-23: PC EventCache => domain <hostname>) (NetqosSyncLog) - (DEBUG) - Model 0x1000072/357 is put on MAINTENANCE


When the device is taken out of maintenance mode you should see the following message in the debug output:

The customer was never seeing message saying the device was taken out of maintenance mode.

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER


Release: 3.6.3 

Component: Performance Manager. 

Cause

The System Time on the OneClick server, SpectroSERVER, and Performance Center server was out of sync. 

Resolution

Restarting the ntpd service on the SpectroSERVER resolved the issue.
