XCOMU0523E CA LICENSE CHECK FAILED when sending an encrypted transfer

Issue/Introduction

Presented with error when trying to send an encrypted transfer: 

XCOMU0523E CA LICENSE CHECK FAILED: Could not load CA Licensing Shared Library

The following article mentions the error: 

"XCOMU0523E CA LICENSE CHECK FAILED: Could not load CA Licensing Shared Library" starting XCOM

On the server, the variables XCOM_HOME and CALIB exist and contain the correct files. 

Are there other resolutions available?

 

Environment

XCOM™ Data Transport® for Linux PC 11.6 SP00

Resolution

It is advised to install XCOM r11.6 SP01.
Once SP01 is installed the messages will not appear again.

Additional Information

BROADCOM has discontinued the use of ALPKEY licenses.
