Presented with error when trying to send an encrypted transfer: 

1. XCOMU0523E CA LICENSE CHECK FAILED: Could not load CA Licensing Shared Library

On the server, the variables XCOM_HOME and CALIB exist and contain the correct files.

Resolution

It is advised to install XCOM r11.6 SP01.

Once SP01 is installed the messages will not appear again.
