Cust reported this problem (it occurred on 2 separate environments
on different days):
Upon trying to bring up IDMS task task_name there was a RACF error
(913-38) and following that the IDMS task abended with code B78-08.
Release : 18.5
Component : CA IDMS/DB
IDMS PTFs SO10062 (r18.5) and SO10133 (r19.0) were raised by L2
and provided to cust.
Cust later provided us with this update: Following the PTF application
IDMS did not crash upon startup (even with access error on RACF).
Problem is resolved.
