Intertest batch uses JCL Check to convert the JCL to prepare for testing with the Intertest batch link facility.
The client stated the following
We got the following message: PANE- INVALID JCLCHECK RELEASE
We don't have the CA JCL CKECK product. We do not know why this message is being displayed.

Intertest batch uses JCL Check to convert the JCL for testing with the Intertest batch link facility.
The only supported release of JCL Check as of October 2019 is release r 12.0
The client is currently running JCL Check release 7.0 which expired in 2005.
The client installed supported release 12.0 of the JCL Check common component.
For Clients that are NOT LICENSED for the FULL FUNCTION JCL Check product a LIMITED function JCL check product is shipped with Intertest batch. The LIMITED function JCL Check product allows Intertest batch to convert JCL.
The LIMITED-JCL CHECK version is also known as the JCL Check COMMON Component. It can be downloaded from the Broadcom Web site Under DOWNLOAD Management. It's located in the same place as the Intertest batch10 pax installation file.
The only supported release of JCL Check at this time is release r 12.0

You can also recreate the problem and do the following procedure to determine the JCL Check release being used.
From the Intertest batch option 5.1 panel enter space D in the hidden field and press enter

<<< Place cursor in member field and then press tab key. Cursor will stop at hidden two character field. Press space bar and then type D. So you have a space in position one and the D in position two.
A panel will be displayed showing the JCL Check release currently being used.
