JCLCheck EJCK or !JCK display no errors received except for LAST CC 04

Issue/Introduction

When using EDCHEK, EJCK or !JCK command,  it only displays LAST CC 04 on the top right corner of the screen.   It is missing the CAY* messages.

Cause

The symptoms are caused by mismatch of JCLCheck modules usually coming from different maintenance levels.

Resolution

 

Ensure that all JCLCheck modules are from the same load library.

• Issue the ISPF command "TSO ISRDDN" to display the current data set allocations.  Then enter command LOAD CAZ1RLSE to display the loadlib which contains the module.  Issue another command,  LOAD CAZ2RLSE and make sure it is the same load library that CAZ1RLSE is located.
• Browse the JCLCheck load library.  Do a find on CAZ2CJCL and note the SIZE and TTR values.  Enter SORT ALIAS and look for CAZ2CJCL under the ALIAS-OF column.  Verify that CAZ2CJCL SIZE and TTR values are the same for the following alias modules:

            CAZ2HECK

            CAZ2XAUP
            CAZ2XONL
            CAZ2XSAB
            CAZ2XSAD
            CAZ2XSAF
            CAZ2XSAL
            CAZ2XSAS
            CAZ2XSAU
            CAZ2XSAV 
            XDESTJES
