Issue/Introduction

OMWV certificate will expire soon. I would like to find the procedure to renew OMWV certificate.

Component : CA OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Resolution

Customer followed the same procedure he last used in 2017 - this time using the same root certificate as another Office, instead of his original Root Certificate. That meant he had to run the whole configuration process anew.
