Resolution

If a very small amount of data is written and then a close is performed the  attempt to calculate the compression ratio may result in a S0C9.

The address space writing this very small amount of data to an existing  volume will abend. This is a known problem for CA View/Deliver, however

other products that go through CLOSE processing after writing very small  amounts of data may also be affected.

This problem is solved applying the RO98211.
