When trying to export the Identity Manager environment from the Identity Management User console, an error appears with "Internal Server Error". These messages appear in the logs:
DispatchActio E org.apache.struts.actions.DispatchAction exportEnvironment Error in exporting environmenst
java.io.FileNotFoundException: <filename>.zip (A file or directory in the path name does not exist.)
How would this error be resolved so my Identity Manager environment can be exported?
In the Identity Manager user management console, try to remap the admin user. This can be done here:
1) Go to http://<hostname>:<port>/iam/immanage URL

2) Select Environments

3) Picked desired Identity Manager Environment to be exported
4) Go to System Manager

7) Restart Identity Manager Environment
