Identity Manager Environment export encounters Internal server error

Issue/Introduction



When trying to export the Identity Manager environment from the Identity Management User console, an error appears with "Internal Server Error". These messages appear in the logs:


DispatchActio E org.apache.struts.actions.DispatchAction exportEnvironment Error in exporting environmenst
                                 java.io.FileNotFoundException: <filename>.zip (A file or directory in the path name does not exist.)

How would this error be resolved so my Identity Manager environment can be exported?

Resolution

In the Identity Manager user management console, try to remap the admin user. This can be done here:

1) Go to http://<hostname>:<port>/iam/immanage URL

2) Select Environments

3) Picked desired Identity Manager Environment to be exported

4) Go to System Manager

5) Select an admin user available for your User Store and validate to see if this is a valid user

6) Click Next through the rest of the steps

7) Restart Identity Manager Environment
