Issue/Introduction

After login to the application I am able to view a reports list, but when I click a report it takes to a error page "User not authorized to access the report."

Release : 12.1 Build 187

Component : CA OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Resolution

"User not authorized to access the report." error message was correct - The user needed to be afforded access to the reports he was trying to view. CA View security administrator allowed access to reports.
