ERROR:"User not authorized to access the report" with Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

After login to the application I am able to view a reports list, but when I click a report it takes to a error page "User not authorized to access the report."

Environment

Output Management Web Viewer 12.1

Resolution

"User not authorized to access the report." error message was correct - The user needed to be afforded access to the reports he was trying to view. View® security administrator allowed access to reports.
