Allocation error logging on to Endevor Parallel Development Manager (PDM)

Issue/Introduction

Trying to test Endevor Parallel Development Manager (PDM) and getting an allocation error.  PF1 returns the following error message:

'CPTB016 CISSD014 error while allocating the C1TEMPRX message dataset.'

Resolution

Verify the WORKVOL keyword in the C1DEFLTS is set correctly - SYSDA or null:

       WORKVOL=, 

Reassemble and link the C1DEFLTS table, and retest PDM.
