Issue/Introduction

Batch JCL that executes a PROC which does an ARSLOAD to CMOD is failing with  a: 

ARSLOADE CMODLOAD - ABEND=S000 U4095 REASON=00000000

Another user submitting the job works fine.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

TSS PER(acid) APPL(ARSSOCKD) 

resolved the problem.
