Sysview for Db2 EDM Pool screen does not display current pool size allocation until Db2 recycle

Issue/Introduction

An increase to the size of EDMDBDC due to performance issues (IBM APAR PH03977). When the sizes for all EDM pools were changed dynamically,
the Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) EDM Pool screen displayed changes only after the Db2 subsystem was cycled. 
This was in several development / test subsystems which are Db2 V12R1M100 with extended RBA logging. 

Resolution

Per IBM: EDM LRUable pool such as DBD pool can be dynamically changed. However, the pool size QISEDPGE is not updated dynamically and it is set only during Db2 startup.
