Can JOBs be scheduled after Master is down with CA Workload Automation ESP Edition?

Issue/Introduction

Our ESP Primary runs on SYSB, which is scheduled to be brought down at 03:00 Saturday morning.  And there are two jobs need to be submitted in the outage windows and run on SYSA which has a proxy.

Can the proxy submit the two jobs?

Environment

Release : 11.4 & 12.0

Component : CA ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION

Resolution

No. Proxies can't submit jobs. 

Since the two JOBs  need to run after the Primary is brought down on SYSB, and Proxies on SYSA can't manage the future schedules, the best way is to start the Primary on SYSA, so that it can continue to manage workloads.
