Customer explained that once NF8A90 occurs on their environment the
NetMaster (SOLVE) SSI region is restarted (per automation).
Customer needed our help investigating it.
Release : 12.2
Component : CA NetMaster Network Management for TCP/IP
NetMaster L2 Support explained the message--based on customer feedback:
-
NF8A90 occurred because there was not enough CPU on the LPAR where Net-
Master (SOLVE) SSI region runs--combined with the fact that TCP/IP had
a higher dispatching priority (DP) than NetMaster (SOLVE) SSI region.
The NetMaster (SOLVE) SSI region has to have the same DP
as the stack or it
will not be able to keep up with the flow of packets.
