Issue/Introduction

Once NF8A90 occurred on the environment, the NetMaster (SOLVE) SSI region was restarted--per automation.  Help

was needed investigating it.

Cause

Resolution

NF8A90 occurred because there was not enough CPU on the LPAR where NetMaster (SOLVE) SSI region was

running--combined with the fact that TCP/IP had a higher dispatching priority (DP) than the NetMaster (SOLVE)

SSI region.

The NetMaster (SOLVE) SSI region has to have the same DP as the stack or it will not be able to keep up

with the flow of packets.
