CA Deliver - Questions About Multiple Instances of CA View and Deliver

Issue/Introduction

The client has instances of CA View and CA Deliver installed, and they would like to define another instance, to be used as testing.

Can there be two SARSTC tasks and two RMOSTC tasks?

Resolution

In the client's new instance of RMOSTC, the following was recommended:

 . Define a unique RMOPARM NETCLSL/NETDEST/NETFORM combination.

 . Define a unique RMOPARM SYSID. 

For any CA View databases, ensure that each View has its own set of parameters (SARINIT CLSL/DEST/FORM), so that there is no conflict between any tasks. 

For any Deliver pre-spool processing, ensure that the job/report attributes do not match those of pre-spool processing (RMOPARMS JOBCLSL and SYSCLSL) of any other RMOSTC task.
